PMHNP – Greensboro, NC
- Full time or Part Time
- Out Patient and/or Crisis Unit
ACTT: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Lexington / Albemarle, NC
- PMHNP with 3 years of Psych Prescribing experience to provide ACTT service to Lexington/Albemarle territory
- 30 day start from time all credentialing paperwork is returned to Monarch
- 20 hours in Lexington territory / 20 hours in Albemarle territory
- Seeing patients in community / homes / jails / assisted living / etc – fact to face
- Travel 90%. Company car available or mileage reimbursement provided
- Must be a dedicated provider in helping those with Mental Illness.
PMHNP – Lincolnton/Gastonia, NC
- 4 days in Lincolnton office (8a-5p) and 1 day in Gastonia office (8a-5p)
- THIS SITE PARTICIPATES IN THE NHSC LOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAM
- Must be competent to “stand alone” in practice. Will be only provider at site.
- Outpatient Clinic.
PMHNP – Cary, NC
- 32 – 40 hours per week available
- Mainly adult population, however, you may see children occasionally
- Outpatient clinic
PMHNP – Lexington, NC
- Full time
- Outpatient Clinic
PMHNP – Wilson, NC
- Part time: 16 hours / week

PMHNP (floater) – Lexington, Raleigh, Greensboro, Charlotte, Albemarle or Winston Salem

- Sit in any location: providing tele-psychiatry services across Monarch, statewide.
Psychiatrist Opportunities:

Lead Psychiatrist – Raleigh, NC
- Full Time: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Supervise other MD’s and mid-level providers at the site
- Mainly adult population
- Outpatient Clinic
Lead Psychiatrist – Greensboro, NC
- Full Time: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Supervise other MD’s and mid-level providers at the site
- Mainly adult population
- Outpatient Clinic
- Bonus: $20,000.00
Lead Psychiatrist – Gastonia, NC
- Full Time: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Supervise other MD’s and mid-level providers at the site
- Mainly adult population
- Outpatient Clinic
  ACTT PSYCHIATRIST OPPORTUNITIES:
  - Must be BC or BE.
  - Services provided in the community: homes / assisted living / jails / etc.
  - Company vehicle available, or mileage reimbursement available
  - Ability to work independently, desired
